At Mindshift Empowerment & Employment Initiative (MEEI Program), we believe in the power of people, ideas, and purposeful partnerships. We’re not just building programs we’re building bridges across continents, connecting entrepreneurs, investors, and changemakers through impactful events and initiatives.

As we expand our mission and prepare for major projects like Decor Expo 2025, international trade summits, and global social entrepreneurship conferences, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is more than a title—it’s a leadership opportunity. As our Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of key MEEI programs and events, overseeing everything from ideation to execution.

You’ll work alongside a dynamic, diverse team, and be at the forefront of partnerships, planning, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate projects like exhibitions, conferences, and investor summits.
  • Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables—ensuring every milestone is met.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, and team members.
  • Develop detailed work plans and schedules for seamless execution.
  • Provide post-event reports, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Support the creative team in bringing each project to life.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to keep every event on track and on target.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in project management or event coordination.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Comfortable with remote collaboration and hybrid work environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, community development, or international trade is a plus.
